Booking and job information: Details you provide when requesting a quote or booking a crane, such as your name, company, phone number, job site address, and job details.

Operational data: For equipment operators, we collect job assignments, site reports, and approximate location while actively working a job, for scheduling and safety purposes.

Photos and files: Images or documents you upload (for example, site photos) are stored with access restricted to you and authorized staff.

We use your information to operate the service: authenticating your account, processing quotes and bookings, scheduling crews, communicating with you about your jobs, and billing. We do not sell your personal information.

When you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) with us. We use this only to create and authenticate your account. We do not access your Google contacts, documents, or any other Google account data.

We share your information only as needed to operate the service — for example, with payment processors to handle billing, or with the assigned operator so they can reach your job site. We do not share your information for marketing or advertising purposes.

We retain your account and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, and access is limited to authorized personnel.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also disconnect your Google sign-in at any time from your Google account permissions page.

Our services are intended for business customers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
