Terms of Service

You may sign in using a Google account or email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Quotes provided through the platform are estimates based on the information you supply. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it and provide written confirmation. Pricing is based on port-to-port billable hours, including travel time, and is subject to the crane-specific minimums stated in your quote. Actual hours worked may result in additional charges beyond the quoted estimate.

You agree to provide accurate job site information, ensure the site is safe and prepared for crane operations, and secure any permits required for the lift. You acknowledge that final lift feasibility is determined by the operator on site, and unsafe conditions may result in cancellation charges.

Bookings may require a deposit or card on file at confirmation. Payment is due per the terms stated in your quote or invoice. Overage charges for time beyond the quoted hours are billed at the stated overage rate.

Cancellation policies and any applicable fees are stated in your quote or booking confirmation. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rent Path Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, misrepresent your identity, or upload content you do not have the right to upload.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
